Sadly not, we are just game dev so we cant do that. I advise you to propose to change the table to turn based next time you face something like that, especially that close to the end.

I confirm that you cannot skip placing a biomass patch

Please give table number, lot of players are not noticing the planet is not full. This bug was never reproduced

In my case I gained 3 biomass patches because of a civ card. I had enough space left in my planet, but I only wanted to place 2 patches, the third one was inconvenient for my objetives. However, there was no option to discard the third one, I was forced to place it

Because it's not optional as far as I know. Nothing say in the rules that you are free to not place them.
