Hi,
I checked yesterday midnight (Friday 2/2/2024 towards midnight in CET) for available games and there were any waiting for me to play. Today, I see this game that was terminated by another player because I ran out of time. This was a tournament game. Clearly I had no idea and I was waiting for my oponent.

Not sure where and how we report these failures.
