Thr whole game has had issues with mascot usage.

Tried refresh on both computer and iphone.
I think it happened every time. I was able to partially use the mascot, but not continue to use it a second time.

Click on mascot and get this message: "You can select a Skill card in your hand and possibly a die in your park if you want to adjust color/value instead of using the skill card."
I have an unused mascot and it won't work.

I have played a Mascot staff card. When I use a Mascot it does not trigger the effect of the staff card, so I can only increase the die by +1, not +2.

Hi all, official answer [about the Mascot staff card] here:

The ability means each time you use a mascot (either for the +/-1 adjustment or colour change), you may additionally do another +/-1 or colour change.
The infinity symbol means you can do this ability as many times as you like in the round (so if you have multiple mascots, you can use it multiple times)
If you have 2 mascot staff members (the cards) then you get a double bonus for each mascot

For example: If I play one mascot staff card, I could:
use one mascot meeple to: +1 to a die, then additional change the colour of that die or any other die on that attraction tile.
use a second mascot meeple to, +1 to a die, and additionally +1 to it a second time
and so on until I run out of mascot meeples
The only thing you can't do it adjust the colour, then adjust the colour again (well you could, but it wouldn't do anything)

Actually, ignore me, I think. It's an odd implementation and I don't know if it verifies that you have used the staff card on the same attraction. Definitely could have been done better to make it clear it was being implemented correctly.
