The original card fonts and colors are not great. An option to change them so that numbers and colors (the "orange" color of the wheels used by one pirate) would be helpful• ما هو متصفحك؟

+1, maybe as an alternative option like The Crew? The numbers are very small, and it's really important to see what's been discarded/played.
Another option is a table (like Fox and the Forest Duet) showing which cards already came out.
