Make it so that when a pterodactyl (or other dinosaur) is in the Biodome (facility), the dinosaur is at the top of the stack.

As it is now, when you hover over a dinosaur that's on top of the Biodome, all you see is the tool tip for the Biodome. But when you're planning for feeding, you want to be able to hover on the dinosaur to see how many goats it needs to eat.
