I turned on the confirmation for accepting cards after misclicking a couple of times. But with confirm on, I can't easily see what it is I am confirming. I click on the circle with the "+", and there's no visual indicator of where the card will be placed. It would be much more clear if the circle changed color to indicate that I had selected it. Then I could see if I had accidentally selected the wrong circle.
