I cannot be convinced cards are dealt randomly. There are waaaaay too many times the 2, 3, 4, and 5 of hearts are equally distributed between all 4 players. It is statistically impossible in all the games I have directly observed. What is the reason it can't be truly randomized? What are you trying to control?
