Trying to talk with a friend choose a game to play which can require a back and forth conversation rather than typing everything. Tried using the Audio chat and/or the Video chat, and there is no sound. I have a premium account so this should be possible. In the video chat, we can see each other, they can hear me but I am unable to hear them. I have confirmed my speakers are working as I can hear the sounds from BGA or watch a video from BGA but am unable to hear other players and it does not seem to matter whether I am in-game or in the lobby.

In other 'meetings' you can test your microphone and speakers, but I do not see that feature here.

Any thoughts?
