That's a site issue. This isn't an issue with the game nor is there anything we can do within the game to affect it.

Not a t all, I have been able to play it many times and the rest of games work perfectly and this one did until tonight only for me not the other players, the rest of the games and the web worked perfectly.
It happened to me in thre game of wonderful world, only that game.

It has taken a lot of reputation off me and ELO status.

We have not changed this game's code in many, many months. If you're seeing a different behavior all of a sudden, it's on the site, on the connection, or on your end.

Xabier, what do you want us to change? There's nothing in the game that controls this. Even if there were, we haven't changed it in around a year. It's been running fine during that time. If it's not running fine for you, you should check what'e changed to cause it. It's not in the game's code.

Of course, if you disagree you're welcome to look at the code and tell us what to change.

Apparently you are not even reading the explanation I'm giving you. You are not talking to an ignorant in computers, I'm an electronics engineer so I know my bearings around this.

I tell you all the rest works perfect, even inside the web and you talk to me about my connection or my end.....
I can play any other game without problem but the moment I try wonderful world it is impossible, it does nothing to do with me.

So sad, I don't even think you have taken a look to the tables at all or what could be happening, just went for the easy an likely answer I guess.
I pay for this service and it is not fair that I lost my reputation and ELO because a problem in your web or game.

No, not THIS service. Like most game maintainers, I'm a volunteer. I maintain this game for free, so you're not paying anything for this game's maintenance.

I've read what you wrote, but you haven't answered the basic question: what would you like me to change in the code? You're an engineer, so rather than complain that I'm not doing it for you, pitch in and help out.

In my... web? That's a new one.

Looking at your tables, there's nothing special here. Maybe the specific servers for those are having issues? If you think it's in the game's code, just tell me where and I'll fix it. For free.

Sorry, my bad, it has happened now in a Maracaibo game when i tried to play my turn, so sure has to be a website issue my connection and computer are fine out of here, when I said I pay for the service was not referring to you, but the website. thanks for your valuable insight.
