My Beheaded was Poisoned by a Disgusting Worm on the second round.
At the end of the second round I suffered Poison damage normally.
At the end of the third round I suffered Poison damage normally, then one of the enemies died from Bleed, then I suffered again damage from Poison and died!
So in total I got 3 Poison damage while I should have gotten 2.
