F5 did not solve problem. This was first time this has happened to me.

That's normal, you scored a wild nacho. While the wild is outside the plate opponents can draw a nacho with the same number and gain all the nacho from all other players that are outside the plate and have the same value, but when the nacho goes inside the plate doesn't matter what value you gave to wild, at the end of the game you have to choose a new value.

It did not score wild nacho though. Wild nacho stayed outside of plate. How can players even tell difference between wilds and nonwilds outside of plate? They look quite similar in UI.

Outside the plate there is no difference between wild and non wild, player gives a value to wild and it has that value till it goes inside the plate.

Clearly there is some difference since score nacho did not put wild nacho inside plate, but would had put 6 nacho if it was actual 6.

Also if I see 6 of certain number on plates and outside of plates in total, I know that is safe and can't be drawn anymore, unless some of those outside plate ones are actually wilds. Even if wilds did not have differences until after they go to plates compared to non-wilds, that difference does matter for player's decision-making while they are still out of plates, because wilds are more useful on plate and knowing where non wilds are is important for making informed decisions about whether to continue drawing nachos or not.

Well there is a tooltip telling how many wild are in a pile, checking it was hide, now I moved the nacho up of one level and tooltip shows up on hover.
