I wanted to see the final battle. The game interface says it's my turn and has a button saying "start battle" but if I click that it adds a red notice that says it's not my turn.

The only way I've found to move forward at this point is to refresh the page, but then the battle is over and the game is over. although from my screen shots apparently the end game happens at 92%.
