My turn began (the 12th), I had 7 coins, I did a bonus action to buy a diamond for 2 rupees leaving me with 5 coins. Then I could not buy the Dominance (nor the other card on row 5). I undid my turn and I was able to buy them with my 7 rupees in hand, but not with 5.
