Towards the end of the game, I could not use any numbers so I had to Choose between System Error or Free Action, so I tried to use the free action so I can pick the Astronaut, where I can change the number and use it. It was not allowed - as first i had to pick the number, than the action (for example water or plant) and I got a message that this combination is not allowed - normally once I pick any, I can pick the Free action type afterwards.
