I wonder if this is related to the update to the game deployed recently.

I needed a Table ID to specify but this report has nothing to do with that specific game

cannot give a table ID .. the game does not start !

Same problem on max OS 10.15.6 and 10.13.6 using either Firefox 79.0 (64 bits) or safari 13.1.2 on both systems. Other games work OK in Arena Mode real-time.

Having the same issue, can't play arena at all for rallyman GT, same error message. I'm on Windows 10 and FF 79.

Same problem for windows 10 with chrome. After waiting for 10 sec I get the same error.

More and more people seem to be locked out of Arena for Rallyman GT .. these bug reports are all for the same problem :

at Object.place (dojo.js:8)

There is a null pointer now when you try to create a game.

Same problem. This is only a problem for Rallyman other games are working fine.

Same problem, from Chrome on an iPhone. Click “Play Now” in Arena-Real Time and it doesn’t start looking for opponents, it just “crashes” and gives the unexpected error above.

I am able to play other games with no issue.

Same problem. When I go to the Play Now Page in Arena, Turn-based, for Rallyman: GT. I click the Play Now button, it starts looking for opponents as usual, then after a few seconds the red banner flashes up that says "Unexpected error: don't know this option" and then nothing happens. I restarted my mac computer, tried again in both Chrome and Firefox, but the same thing happens every time.

Just to add something that MIGHT be related, I noticed that a few days before this problem started (about 24 hours ago for me), I received notifications that said: "Game abandoned. All players have left the game before it started." For instance, it happened for this table: Rallyman: GT n°104840434
I thought that it was weird for something like that to happen in a turn-based Arena game as we don't have to confirm participation.

Same here: I get the error 'Don't know this option' when I try to start an Arena game.

Get the same problem both for the arena real-time and turn-based.

Using Chrome Version 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)
