I'm getting this bug too. I stopped receiving emails a few days ago. I checked my settings and my spam folder and still get nothing. I used to get them all the time and then they suddenly stopped.

I was getting emails on my Yahoo.com email account until March 19 (joined site in early January).

I changed my preferences so that the emails would come to my home ISP email account, and now they are working again.

Maybe Yahoo started filtering them for some unknown reason.

same here - not receiving notifications, and as a result just got kicked off a game for the first time ever.

I switch my from my yahoo account to a google account and the gmail account receives the mail.
I also set the gmail to forward any emails from noreply@boardgamearena.com to my yahoo account and that did not work either.

Here is the error that google sent me (from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com).

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

notreallymyaddress@yahoo.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain yahoo.com by mta5.am0.yahoodns.net. [66.196.118.240].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 Message not allowed - [299]

I have the same bug. I have Outlook and a Firefox browser, and although I have the 'send me, then don't send additional' option ticked I haven't received a single notification since I joined earlier in July.

Is this problem still happening? We improved a lot email server few months ago and it should have fixed most problems.

En tournoi, je ne reçois pas le mail de démarrage de la partie (je reçois bien les suivants, me disant que c'est mon tour). Navigateur : Firefox, aucun autre bug constaté.

Same for me: i haven't received an email since last wednesday. Everything was working well before. I checked my spam folder, it's empty.

We send emails only when necessary, and you can choose which emails you want to receive from this page.

Fixed. We totally rewrited the way BGA is sending emails.

In addition, we created a Preferences/email section where you can change email + see if there are problems with your emails + see the error message returned by your email provider if any + send test emails messages.

Details:
_ use SPF+DKIM to authenticate emails
_ use TLS to send secured emails

It looks like DKIM is not working? Got an error on email delivery and this was the details:
