When someone has to claim a discovery tile, it doesnt tell them that they have to do it. so its like a problem with alerting that player that they need to do it. So they are unaware that it is their turn and they can time out. You need to refresh the screen in order for it to update and display the correct information. This problem has literally been like this for over 6 months, most of the time we need to tell whoever is claiming the tile to refresh, otherwise they would time out
