Same thing happened at Table #200621345 Move #170 Progression 71%. I played 4 vikings to take a whaling action, played an occupation and then I am not allowed to do any actions. The table is still open.

Were any of these tables created before September 15? When the new update dropped that enabled undo, Archduke warned us that it may break old tables.

Our table started on 15 Sep at 18:33, not sure if that was before the update, but there isn't any undo available

If undo does not work then yes it was before the update, and that's likely why it is broken -- unfortunate but sometimes happens during alpha.

Bugs above relating to stuck game states after doing actions are likely to be because of the undo update, as GTSchemer says.

However, for the original comment, a crash really shouldn't have happened during the income placement. I'll have to look into this another time and will keep the ticket open, for now.

Crafting 3Level lower selected with 2wood 1stone
Sub-screen shows maintain resource for Apprentice craftsman.
When tap it, error message for not meet the requirement.

F5 konnte das Problem nicht lösen, es geschah ganz am Ende des Spiels nach der letzten Phase. Ich sollte die Ressourcen für Boni platzieren.
