Happened to two different players. The 20 points was never reflected in the scoring or in the projected points that players would score for each line.

I had the same issue. 20 points score was not added on any of these scoring rounds

I had the same issue. Even though the requirements of the Kiev Medal were met, the 20 points score was not added during evaluation scoring on rounds 5 and 6. Also, the score was not showing on the estimated scoring of the Kiev line during these rounds

The Kiev Medal did not score properly for me in this game, using Russian Railroads board and ordinary/non-shared industry track if that matters:

It happened the same in my table, same game option as Patrick of the Isles.

Kiev medal not taken into count for the extra 20 points.
