I'm not sure what provoked this, although I had played a menu at least if that helps. We were at the 5th to last card in round 3 and the 'Round 3/3 is over' + 'X wins the game' messages popped up. (Screenshot 1).

However, once I clicked out of it, I was allowed to select 'one from a menu of four' (Screenshot 2) and then the game continued with 4 for everyone to choose from (Screenshot 3).
