Stuck how? Is there an error message? If the animations freeze, do any other buttons work? Can you cancel and restart? If you refresh (F5), does the problem go away?

And, most importantly, which move number?

I know we have a lot of questions, but these will help us reproduce the behavior you're seeing.

If I try to allocate de red cube + token first I get stuck as I cant "confirm production" or press anything else. However, if I allocate the 5 gray cube THEN the red + token, it works fine

@Boulamite, you don't have a red cube to allocate. You're clicking to allocate your blue disc, but there's nowhere to actually place that. Try clicking the button on the left (allocate the 5 produced cubes) rather than the second button (allocate cubes from your empire card). The left buttons allows you to place unused cubes onto your empire, whereas for the second one they're already on that card.

Since this seems to be the case for the original ticket, I'm going to close this out. If Harry_Turtle comes back with different information, I can reopen.

I am also unable to allocate the financier token.
On the phone there is no option to place it and I am unable to confirm allocations until it is allocated.
