When I start a new game and the tiles are greyed out I cannot finish the game-it let's me get to a certain point in Round 1 but then it will not let me make any more moves. I get the grey tiles maybe 3 times out of 8 and then I have to quit the game which gives me a penalty. What am I doing wrong? I play mostly on Safari but it also has done it on Chrome-on my phone and desktop. I have a Mac.
