Hey, first of all thanks for the great implementation, so much work was put into it!
I've just completed the translation to Ukrainian and just the sheer amount of lines to translate shows the complexity of the implementation.
While translating though, I've run into the fact that if I localise the faction names they are no longer displayed using the cool font, used to display the original faction names. For now I decided to keep the original names in the translation, because they don't mean anything anyway and in that font they just look cooler and fit the faction board design better.
E.g. here's the example of an original faction name:
www.dropbox.com/s/u7q7abrxgm2bbxo/Screenshot%202023-01-09%20at%2013.59.15.png?dl=0
And here's how it looks in Russian for example (in Ukrainian as I've mentioned the names are kept original):
www.dropbox.com/s/gfp1glhlfbrgg44/Screenshot%202023-01-09%20at%2013.55.26.png?dl=0
The other place where this is faced are research areas description. E.g. here's how it looks in Ukrainian:
www.dropbox.com/s/oyb919d636ixtw2/Screenshot%202023-01-09%20at%2014.00.00.png?dl=0
The number 5 of the level is still displayed with the "cool" font, whereas the name of the research area and the word "Level" are in a standard font.
I realise that most probably this will come down to extending an existing font with many characters, which is apparently too much work, not worth fixing a purely aesthetic issue (though for such a cool implementation the look is very important). But maybe it is possible to have the font from other publishers or you have other ideas for an easy solution. Potentially I could play with the font myself in my spare time, but I'll need some (basic) guidance I guess. -
