It would be nice to have the option when setting up the game to enable a visible personal discard (kinda like in The Crew Mission Deep Sea), especially when playing turn based, I can't keep in my brain what tiles I discarded the previous day.

I would suggest adding it as another row of (smaller) tiles in a frame underneath the existing Hand frame.
