Just played the one where the actual rule is: "Score 5 points for each straight line of 3 connected patients with matching values (ignoring walls). Each patient can only count in one line." But that last part - Each patient can only count in one line - is not there... and that's pretty important :) (FWIW, I'm not sure the 'ignoring walls' part is there either')

There are a few others like this... "Score 4 points for each triangular triple of all odd or all even patient values (ignoring walls). Each patient can only count in one triple." Again, I'm pretty sure that last sentence is not included.
