The planning phase has already been improved beyond the physical game by highlighting provinces which have been assigned an action!

However, planning would be easier if we could see where the province is when mousing-over a province card. Right now, I depend on the minimap on each card to figure out where a province is. This works, but it isn't convenient. It would be better if the province is highlighted with a thick black border when its card is moused-over.
