The crane card states: immediately place a worker in the guildhall to either construct another building or advance on the Cathedral. I built the crane and the game immediately progressed to other player's turn. I had resources to build on the cathedral (gold and a card to discard) and a worker available to place in the guildhall.

Built the crane first, but wasn't able to make other structure. For what it is worth, crane was built on the spot that discards 2 constructors

Crane did not allow me to build another building. Had Therese ability to use gold and marble interchangeably to build another building card. Went straight to next player

Same thing happened to me. I'm new to the game, so I thought I must of done something wrong, but it wouldn't let me advance on the cathedral when I had the gold and card for it.

The same happened to me, I had enough resources (A piece of gold, free worker + a card to discard) but the game immediately switched to another player.

I built the crane and had enough resources to build a cathedral step but game moved to the next player. The initial worker was placed on the guildhall spot which discards 2 apprentices.

Same problem, I built the cathedral with my very next move so I definitely had all the required stuff

This happens frequently but not every time. Do not know the common factor when it occurs - I suspect it is certain combinations of resources.

Guys, this and a duplicate bug have been open for 2 years and the developer hasn't done so much as even respond to any of this. Game is dead. Don't bother playing anymore.
