When I try to choose a dice or a tile, or even the confirm button, I must press the chosen tile, dice or button several times and sometimes nothing happens, other times it will eventually select the appropriate action. It is as if the screen is being unresponsive, but I went from using an iPhone 11 to a brand new iPhone 14 and still had the same experience. Error messages include please choose dice first (which is what I’m trying to to) or move not authorized etc. When I play on my laptop or desktop I do not have the issue, only on my iPhone.

This problem happens every single time I try to play my turn from my mobile device. Sometime I have to wait to play my turn from my desktop because I cannot click anything on the mobile platform.
Refreshing my browser does not help.
This is happening with every table of Castkes of Burgundy I am playing.
It has caused me to time out as well.
I have to click on dice and tiles multiple times for it to register, and sometimes it changes color to blue, and then changes back, so I have to start over.
At first I tought it must be my laptop, yet refreshing/restarting did not help.
I am playing in some tournaments and sometimes I can’t do my action turn because is not possible to select a tile, I touch and zoom in or out or maybe the description of the tile pop up but the tile doesn’t move in my board.
Have the feeling it’s even worse on a live play.
It was so bad that the other player tought I had left and so it impacted my reputation too.
Very annoying when you try to select your choice but get the info-menu or no reaction at all.
Also playing on an iPhone here.
This only happens in safari iOS, when I play in desktop or even in my iPad with a mouse connected everything works fine
This is really frustrating at the end you’re unable to play the game
To be able to reproduce the issue is essential to test it on a physical device using your hands to interact with the touch screen, is the only way it fails
The clock was ticking down and I could not take any action. This lasted for over 5mins. It's clear the game froze - on the back of the problems your server had on Nov 27 & 28th.
I tried to Reset the game 8 times. No success. The clock ran down on my turn.
F5 didn't solve the problem.
The problem was persistent - so I had to quit.
