I've tried using all the adjustments provided, but I still cannot tell which hexes I can build on because I can't determine which ones are on the bottom and which ones are on the 2nd layer. There's got to be a way you can illustrate which hexes are on the 2nd level -- a different color under them, possibly? Possible a slight gap between the hexes that are on different levels? There must be a way! Please keep working on this; it's very frustrating to not be able to create 2nd levels.
