This happened every time any player tried to recruit a worker. This started about half way through the game. All players were on different browsers and different locations and all had the same issue.

F5/ reload does not help. Tried other browsers & devices too.
Suddenly cannot select any worker at all midway through game. Tried another move that worked but then still cannot recruit a worker.
